    but he must have had a reason for this top of the papyrus-stem ;
    the only thing we can imagine it as the top of the uatch-sceptre,

    hence 'the eye' could be the context of the eye being atop of it,
    related to the term 'to flourish', also UATCH- ;

    but frankly, it does not make the line more clear,

    where the 4 wheels are obviously related to this fourfold - but how..?
